Conditions of Entry

NSW Boating & Fishing Regulations apply at all times and all competitors are to hold a current NSW fishing license. Entrants must comply with NSW Waterways regulations, and any other relevant legislation. It is the responsibility of entrants to be fully aware of regulations covering minimum sizes and bag limits of fish, the requirements of appropriate boat licences and safety equipment for NSW waters.

In consideration and as a condition of entry in the Murrabit Cod Challenge, I, my Heirs, Executors and Administrators agree to waive all and any claim, right or course of action which I or they may have against the Murrabit Football Club, or their servants, agents and assigns for or arising out of my death, injury, damage or loss of any kind (including equipment) which I may suffer or sustain in the course of or consequence upon my entry or participation in the competition.

Refund policy:

  • The committee reserves the right to cancel the event if, we feel the event may compromise or put at risk the health of the competitors and volunteers. If in the event we do have to cancel the event, all registrations will be refundable 100% up until the start of the event.
  • If a competitor changes their mind/unable to attend the event within 48 hours of the event and there are no people on a waiting list no refund will be offered.

I have read the ‘Conditions of Entry’ and ‘Competition Rules’, both of which I understand and agree to be bound by.
